North Shore Nephrology P.C., was founded by Dr. Simon Prince in the summer of 2002 after completion of his training at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset. After experiencing excellent early growth, in July 2003 he added Dr. Sayed Ali who was a graduating fellow at North Shore as well. The practice continued to prosper, and in 2005 a third physician, Dr. Gerard Tepedino, joined the group after completing his nephrology fellowship at Cornell-New York Hospital.
